Our dispatchers batch concrete according to the booking register with all customer, site, mix, and quality details. Using our computerized batching plant, each ingredient is weighed and added in precise stages to achieve the desired slump and performance. Adjustments for moisture content are automatically calculated, and all changes are recorded. Wet and dry mixes follow strict pre-programmed ratios, with final inspection before dispatch.
